Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with gynecological experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is eager to expand their clinical skills in gynecology and expanding to medispa services while providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Provide gynecologic care, including routine exams, evaluations, and follow-up visits
- Assist with and perform in-office gynecologic procedures as appropriate
- Participate in medical weight management, hormone therapy, and wellness services as needed
- Assist with and be trained in medispa services offered by the practice
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with the physician and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care
- Uphold all clinical, safety, and compliance standards
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior gynecological clinical experience required
- Willingness and ability to become certified and trained in medispa services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support to physicians and healthcare providers. Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately.
- Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
- Perform clinical tasks such as administering medications and injection.
- Support diagnostic procedures including X-ray imaging and other outpatient testing protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation of patient encounters, ICD coding for diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Assist with procedures as required by the physician or additional providers.
- Manage medical supplies inventory, sterilize equipment, and uphold infection control standards across various clinical environments.
- Support administrative functions such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and maintaining patient records.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist with complex procedures or emergencies in gynecological contexts.
- Provide compassionate patient service by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive healthcare experience.
- Front office administrative experience- phones, scheduling, accurate message taking
Experience
- Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a fast-paced office; clinic experience highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience supporting gynecology experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with front office administrative duties and EHR systems for accurate documentation and coding is essential.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding practices, and medication administration protocols is required.
- Experience supporting diagnostic procedures such as assisting in procedures is a plus.
- Background working with diverse patient populations demonstrates versatility.
