• Menstrual and reproductive history
• Review of current medications
• Discussion of current symptoms and concerns
• Breast and gynecological health assessment
• Pelvic examination when medically appropriate
• Pap smear/cervical cancer screening when due and appropriate
• Contraception and family-planning discussion
• Menstrual concerns and abnormal bleeding evaluation
• Pelvic pain evaluation
• Vaginal and vulvar health concerns
• Sexual health concerns
• Perimenopause and menopause discussion
• Preventive screening review
• Personalized recommendations and treatment plan

Your Annual Visit May Include:
• Updated medical and gynecological history
• Breast and pelvic examination when appropriate
• Pap smear/cervical cancer screening when due
• Menstrual health review
• Contraceptive needs
• Sexual and vaginal health
• Perimenopause and menopause concerns
• Review of age-appropriate women's health screenings
• Mammography recommendations and orders when appropriate
• Laboratory or diagnostic testing orders when medically indicated- will be covered as long performed at your in-network facility.

Gynecology Problem & Follow-Up Visit — $175
Established patients don't need to wait until their annual examination when a gynecological issue or concern arises.
Schedule a focused in-office visit with Dr. Saunders for evaluation, treatment or follow-up of a women's health concern.
Common reasons for a visit may include:
• Abnormal, irregular or heavy bleeding
• Painful periods
• Pelvic pain or discomfort
• Vaginal or vulvar symptoms
• Vaginal dryness
• Painful intercourse
• Menstrual changes
• Birth control concerns
• Perimenopause or menopause symptoms
• Breast concerns
• Medication management
• New or changing gynecological symptoms
When medically appropriate, Dr. Saunders may order additional laboratory testing or diagnostic imaging as part of your evaluation-will be covered as long performed at your in-network facility.

Telehealth Gynecology Follow-Up — $150
For established patients whose concern does not require a physical examination, a convenient telehealth follow-up.
Telehealth may be used for:
• Medication follow-up
• Birth control management
• Menstrual or hormonal concerns
• Perimenopause and menopause follow-up
• Treatment progress
• Ongoing symptom management
• Other concerns that can appropriately be evaluated remotely
$150 Telehealth Follow-Up

Dr. Saunders may recommend an in-office examination when clinically necessary.
Results Review & Treatment Plan — $75
Once your laboratory testing, imaging or other diagnostic studies have been completed, schedule a dedicated results follow-up with Dr. Saunders.
During this visit, Dr. Saunders can:
• Review and explain your results
• Discuss abnormal or significant findings
• Answer questions about your testing
• Discuss recommended next steps
• Develop or adjust your treatment plan
• Recommend additional testing or specialist care when appropriate
For your convenience, your results review may be completed in-office or by telehealth when medically appropriate.
