• Review of previous STI history and testing
• Assessment of individual risk factors
• Appropriate physical or pelvic examination when medically indicated
• Discussion of recommended STI testing based on your history and symptoms
• Orders for appropriate laboratory testing
• Pregnancy testing when clinically appropriate
• Discussion of HIV and hepatitis screening when indicated

• Safer-sex and prevention counseling

Established Patient STI / Gynecology Visit — $175
For established patients who need STI screening, have a new exposure or are experiencing symptoms or other sexual-health concerns.
Your Visit May Include:
• Review of symptoms or possible exposure
• Updated sexual-health history
• Appropriate physical or pelvic examination
• STI testing recommendations
• Laboratory orders when indicated
• Evaluation of vaginal discharge, irritation, odor, sores or other symptoms
• Pregnancy testing when appropriate
• Treatment when medically appropriate
• Prevention and partner guidance
• Follow-up recommendations
$175 Established Patient In-Office Visit

Results Review & Treatment Plan — $75
Once your STI testing or other laboratory results are available, you may schedule a focused follow-up with Dr. Saunders.
Your Results Visit May Include:
• Private review and explanation of your results
• Discussion of positive or abnormal findings
• Treatment recommendations when appropriate
• Prescription management when medically appropriate
• Discussion of partner considerations
• Recommendations regarding additional or repeat testing
• Prevention and risk-reduction guidance
• Opportunity to ask questions
• Personalized next steps

• Additional vaginal or sexual-health testing when appropriate
Not every patient requires every test. Dr. Saunders will help determine which testing is appropriate for you.

Your Visit With Dr. Saunders Is Self-Pay — Your Lab Work May Not Have to Be.When laboratory testing is ordered, you may take your orders to an in-network laboratory of your choice and use your health insurance benefits, subject to your individual plan's coverage and requirements.
This allows you to receive personalized, self-pay physician care from Dr. Saunders while still using your insurance for eligible laboratory services.
We recommend confirming coverage and network participation with your health insurance plan before completing testing.
