Insurance Information                             
 We accept most major health plans. Please be sure to bring a copy of your health insurance card to your appointment. Billing your insurance company is done as a courtesy for you.  Please check with your insurance to make sure we are part of your plan. If you do not currently have health insurance we offer convenient and flexible payment plans. Please ask us about low or reduced cost screening programs during cancer awareness months if you are uninsured .
